Basketball is one of my least favorite sports (right up there with golf… O_o) BUT I am all about Team USA so I stayed up until 4 in the morning watching the Gold Medal Game between USA and Spain.
Who won? The US of course! (yay!)

This statement was made by Kobe Bryant: ” I now understand how she feels that she did not consent to this encounter.” I don’t know if he can necessarily be called a “rapist”, but why would such a man, rapist or not, be heralded as some sort of hero? Is it not more appropriate to vilify him as someone who did a disgusting thing?

I totally agree with you. If she did not consent, he should be had up for rape. I don’t know why rapists get off so easy. He should be heralded as a loser.
