Yeah most of h is wins are knock outs cause he hasn’t fought quality opponents like Pacquiao. He has fought quality opponents cause hes not allowed to fight in the US cause of his medical reports. He wont fight a good fighter because why would someone go out of the country to fight him for less money than they would get to fight in the US.
Besides Pacquiao would win this fight in the 7th round cause Valero has no BOXING skill. Hes an out of control brawler who doesn’t throw straight punches. Pacquaio is quicker and more sound with his boxing. Pac Man would pick apart Valero all fight and then in the 7th land some mean punches to the frustrated Valero and ultimately get the TKO in the 7th round….
