Keith Urban is coming to Portland here soon and I am interested in shooting his show. I just need to know who I might contact about a photo pass and how I might contact them via phone or email. Any info is helpful.

You would probably have to contact whoever handles his PR and ask about media credentials. Though without a publication to back you up, I’d be surprised if you got them. Not to mention, most of those places have photographers with which they contract. But good luck!
