Jay Leno Trivia!
The commercial is for tonight, October 26th, and Jay Leno is apparently having some sort of Halloween event with Dr. Phil as the guest.

The music is relatively fast-paced and dramatic, and I’ve heard it used with Halloween-esque things before, but can never remember the name.
