At the age of just fourteen, Padmé Amidala is chosen as the queen of Naboo. She makes use of her planet’s most deep-rooted traditional customs of royal dress and make-up to show her commitment to the role she has been asked to play. When the Trade Federation invades Naboo, this brave and tenacious young woman proves herself to be commited to freeing her people.

After finishing her reign, she becomes a member of the Senate and fights for a peaceful resolution to the war that is laying waste to the Republic. A loyal companion and friend, she does not hesitate to put her own life at risk to help Obi-Wan when he is captured in Geonosis, nor to go to Mustafar later in an attempt to return her husband Anakin to the light side of the Force.

If in Episodes IV, V, and VI, the wardrobe was "simple but timeless", according to George Lucas, then in Episode I, II, and III they were opulent, fashioned, and ornate. The number of people involved in the design and construction of the Star Wars wardrobe changed from one Episode to another, fluctuating from 80 to 120 people.

The main task of creating the physical wardrobe was the responsibility of prequel trilogy costume designer Trisha Biggar. Basing much of her work on costume concepts by Iain McCaig and Dermot Power, her main concern was to make costumes in which the actors could feel comfortable but could also accomplish all of the actions required. Trisha Biggar understood Star Wars films not as futuristic but as pictures from the past: "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…."

Real-life inspiration for the costumes came from a mix of cultures, ranging from early civilizations to modern fashion. The aim was to create a unique look by combining different cultures, styles, and periods.

Star Wars Screening

Employees only screening of the original and best Star Wars movie, after George Lucas messed about with it and re-released it back in 1997. This cinema was about three minutes drive from our apartment. I was involved with someone who worked for LucasArts at the time, so I got to go – hoorah!

Of course it was crap that Greedo now shoots first in the cantina, which is somehow supposed to make Han Solo appear more heroic and less of a cold-blooded psychopath.

Great new (at the time) CG shots of the Millenium Falcon and the Death Star battle. Lots of nerds and geeks complained about the Death Star exploding " aw er gee Mr Lucas, it wouldn’t explode like that…". Wouldn’t it? How many Death Stars have you see explode then? You know nothing about its construction. So shut the fuck up.

Also there were moans about the restored scene with han Solo talking to Jabba. "He wouldn’t move like that". You do better. Again, shut up.

George Lucas Trivia!
He should write another 3 stories following The Return of the Jedi VI. But this time he should get another director to direct the movie. He’s good but the last 3 were to CGI-ish. Imagine J.J. Abrams directing? (the guy who directed the new Star Trek)

If you know about movie production and directors, photography (in movies) scores feel free to answer my question.

My ideal team would be:
JJ Abrams – director
George Lucas – writer and producer
James Horner – music
Cinematography – Janusz Kaminski

Visual effects by Weta Digital and ILM

Answer by Danny
i dunno. it seems like it could go either way since the story was finished (and the beginning was explained too)
