does any body know anything about derek jeter or the new york yankees? im wanting to know cuz the guy i like likes those 2 things and iwant 2 know something about them so then i would have a conversation starter.

Derek Jeter is the short stop for the Yankees. Most people who like the yankees are big fans of Jeter. He is one of the best fielders in base ball. He isnt so good at bat but you can almost always count on him at short stop. If i had to chose a team I would want him to be m short stop probably only because of his skill at the short stop positon. He is also a good baseball runner. Hes fast. To bad though he isnt a power hitter.
