Day 202 of 365

Tonight was the night. Day 6 of my Country Countdown and the night we made it to the bar. One of the main reasons we were headed out to the bar tonight was to see Ron who had flown in for the weekend for a surprise birthday party. He did eventually show, but not until late and his ride wasn’t up for closing the place down, so while we did get to see him, it wasn’t for very long. Next time he’ll have to rent a car or just come stay with us night owls.

Courtney and Amanda, along with Amanda’s sister and friend made it out too, which was cool. I hope they had a good time. Amanda’s sister is not what we would call a fan of country music. Amanda and Courtney seemed to have fun though.

Pictures of all the nights festivities are on the way, but I wanted to get my 365 Day Shots posted first. I still have to get back to finishing up Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows so the pics might not be up right away.

Being that we were headed out to my favorite bar, there was really only ONE song that fit the theme of Day 6. When it came out it was an instant favorite of mine and when I hear it I always think of all the good times I’ve had at the Cantina. That song of course it Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar
