Zach Ward, the founder of DSI Comedy Theater in Carrboro, organized the first North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival, then known the Dirty South Improv Festival, in 2001 at UNC.

Jay Leno Trivia!
In 2004 when KY governor Ernie Fletcher was flying to DC for Reagan’s funeral, his plane’s transmitter went out over restricted airspace and this caused a panic in DC which caused the Capitol to be evacuated. After the incident, Fletcher went on to guest star on Jay Leno’s show to explain himself. Does anyone know if a video of this show exists online? Thanks
