I have seen Cristiano Ronaldo use really fast stepovers and i was amazed. How can i get faster stepovers. What excersises and drills did he use?
BTW…I will not use ankle weights because i have heard they cause damage to ur feet?

You can ask him, I’m apparently not Cristiano ronaldo.

But I think you should practice more on it and you’ll be like him if not better.
