There is a video on Youtube for Coldplay’s song “The Hardest Part,” and there is a 25 year old man dancing with an 84 year old woman. Is this video real? And if so, how were they brought together?

The video clip of the two dancers performing is actually separate from the clip of the band performing. The two clips were joined to create the music video. The footage of the 84 year old woman, Barbara, and 25 year old man, Spencer, dancing is from a talk show called Attitudes in 1990 episode in Miami.

So no, the video isn’t “real”, for the two acrobatic dancers were filmed more or less 15 years before the footage of Coldplay was filmed.
