manny pacquiao vs floyd mayweather is the fight we have all been waiting for. I am very new to the boxing scene. I was just wondering why manny pacquiao is not willing to have drug testing or is it olympic style drug testing with in 2 weeks prior to the fight. Is he afraid of getting caught using HGH or PED’s or Steroids? If not then why?
