Seen here at Seattle City Light’s facility at 4th Ave S & S Spokane St. I have no idea why it was parked there.
I saw it the next morning on the back of a flatbed truck (Citywide towing? Newer International cab; white) turning onto eastbound S Industrial Way from 4th.
