This movie was really good, I liked it a lot. Even though this was the "made for TV" version, it wasn’t cheesy and corny like other Stephen King "made for TV" movies.
I’m really looking forward to seeing the original now. Has anyone seen the original as well as this one, how do they compare? I’d really like to know.
Carrie’s mother reminded me of the religious freak in The Mist. There’s something about religious freaks that gets under my skin. Personally, I think they are some of the worst types of people out there. I really do feel VERY sorry for anyone who believes in any sort of religion, but that’s just me.
I give it an 8 out of 10.
