Roger Federer Beats Rafael Nadal to Win Fifth ATP Finals Trophy
Roger Federer , who lost his No. 1 tennis ranking to Rafael Nadal in June, said his victory yesterday over the Spaniard in the year-end ATP World Tour Finals was "extra special."

Alors que Roger Federer menait dimanche après-midi largement la partie contre Robin Soderling dans la finale de tennis de Roland-Garros, un spectateur a surgi sur le Central.

Supporter ? Fou ? L’intrus, muni d’un drapeau rouge, bleu et jaune, s’est en tous cas précipité sur Roger Federer, brandissant son drapeau sur sa tête et tentant de l’enlacer. Avant que cinq agents de la sécurité ne lui courent après. Leur échappant une première fois en sautant par dessus le filet allant du côté de Robin Soderling, il a finalement été plaqué sur le sol de terre battue par l’un des hommes de la sécurité.

L’homme a été immédiatement évacué et la partie a aussitôt repris. Le n°2 mondial a perdu les trois points suivants et donc le jeu… avant de finalement remporter immédiatement le jeu suivant sur son service, puis le 2e set au tie-break et enfin le match. L’importun a quant à lui été placé en garde à vue pour introduction par fraude dans une enceinte sportive lors d’une manifestation sportive.

L’interruption n’aura finalement pas eu d’impact sur sa victoire.
