Advent Buys Priory From RBS for 925 Million Pounds
Advent International Corp. agreed to buy Priory Group Ltd., the U.K. operator of mental-health and addiction clinics that treated celebrities including the model Kate Moss, from Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc for as much as 925 million pounds ($ 1.48 billion) including debt.
