I’m getting tired of it! Every night I have to sit through and endure The Late Show with David Lettermen, just because my parakeet, Jimmy, won’t go to sleep until he watches it! Jimmy cackles and laughs like David Lettermen while he watches him, and he takes a screeching tantrum if I try cover his cage and turn out the lights before Lettermen is over. I actually think he LIKES Lettermen!! Why can’t he change his hours…Lettermen I mean? I need sleep! What should I do?

Tell your parakeet Jimmy that Letterman’s show has been cancelled and there’s nothing else worth watching. Unless he’s very clever and can read the TV guide he won’t know you’re lying and eventually Jimmy will get over it.
